I cannot give an objective review of this external drive because the one I received did not work. I have returned it to the seller but have not yet received a refund. There is a significant English language problem with this company as evidenced by their email messages. The “Owner’s Manual” for this drive was a 4″x6″ card printed on one side with half of the print in Chinese or some other language. The seller “Importer 520″ is a third-party distributor and Amazon.com assumes no responsibility for this company even though Amazon.com recommends them. Care must be taken when purchasing from sellers that Amazon.com recommends but does not stand behind. I purchased a similar drive from “Sunvalleytek” that works very well. I realize Amazon.com is a large company but shame on them for protecting themselves and their sellers and leaving their customers to absorb the loss of bad products and bad sellers.
